Meet our New Staff!

 
 
 

Welcome Jasmine Samuel as Family Care Coordinator.

Jasmine believes in the power of a strong support system, and as the proverb goes, "it takes a village to raise a child." Jasmine most recently worked as an ABA therapist working with adults and children with disabilities for over three years. Being bilingual in both English and Spanish, she strives to build community support and promote positivity and inclusivity for diverse populations. She is currently studying to achieve her Masters in Social Work. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys spending time with her loved ones, reading a good book and writing one too!

Welcome Nikida Cromartie-James as Outreach and Inclusion Specialist 

Nikida Cromartie-James is an experienced social worker, with over 15 years of experience as a school social worker meeting the needs of students with disabilities and their families. She earned both her Bachelors and Masters degrees in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is excited to continue her life’s passion of serving and helping others on all levels in her new role. On a personal note, she enjoys spending time with her young family going to VCU basketball games, having movie nights at home, and traveling.
